 With three generations having passed and the fourth keeping up the good work now, has always been committed to supplying the frischli company "Milk and More" to the best possible satisfaction of its customers. It was back at the turn of the century that the venerable privately-owned ventures of Holtorf, Schaekel and Winkelmann used to be renowed for the superior quality of their dairy products, and it was thanks to their far-sighted decision to merge into a joint venture in the '60s that frischli together paved the way for it into a successful future.
Meanwhile, the owner-operated company has long outgrown the boundaries of Lower Saxony. Apart from the original works at Rehburg-Loccum, it has come to compromise a number of production plants in Saxony-Anhalt and Bavaria such as the Weissenfels/Saale-based white-cheese specialist dairy (which was newly established in 1992) and the Eggenfelden-based "frischli Milchwerk" of Huber ranking among Europe's most advanced providers of light or coffee cream.
